HALF TERM HEROES

The Half Term Hero award celebrates those exceptional members of staff who continuously raise standards and support us in achieving our ambitions for our school.

 

The Half Term Hero award recognises staff who go over and above in demonstrating our school values to make an important difference to our students, their families, colleagues, and the wider community.

How does it work?

 

Any member of Team P&P can be nominated for an award, as each and every member of our staff plays an important role in the delivery of quality teaching and support, whether or not their role involves direct contact with students or parents.

 

Parents, colleagues, leaders or other professionals who have received exceptional support, care, or service from a staff member can nominate their Half Term Hero to receive an award at the end of each half term.

Nominations will be collated on a monthly basis by our Communications Manager Clare Jennings and will be shared with a panel of staff and governors to select the member of staff who most embodies our school values of respect, compassion and aspiration.

 

All nominees will be recognised and the winning colleague will receive a Half Term Hero certificate and special award in recognition of their achievement.
